Patrick Painter developed a passion for hotel to multifamily conversions in his previous role as an investment sales broker, where he met the founders of HotelSHIFT while touring a property that he was selling in Virginia. Since then, Patrick began working closely with hotelSHIFT on another deal and couldn’t turn down the opportunity to join hotelSHIFT in its mission to provide much-needed affordable housing while generating outsized profits to investors.
