Dr. Wen Cheng began his real estate career underwriting and managing single-family and townhome rentals. His passion for hotel-to-apartment conversions has propelled him to become a commercial real estate syndicator, focusing on 3-star and below hotels, primarily in Texas and the southeastern states (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida). Wen is committed to achieving superior returns and fostering positive societal impact through his work, serving as both GP and LP in multiple syndication deals. He holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of South Carolina and an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University.
